Welcome to "The Snug" at Stone Porch Cottage!

We invite you to stay in our 103-year-old Craftsman Bungalow in a private basement guest suite Including access to our lovely garden.

Located between downtown and Old Colorado City. Near many iconic Colorado Springs Points of interest. Minutes from Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Hiking Trails, the Broadmoor Hotel as well as many other sites. Enjoy wonderful local restaurants, micro-breweries and coffee houses.

The space
Enjoy "The Snug" our cozy basement guest suite, including a private entrance, large comfortable bedroom with an en suite bathroom as well as sitting area with a large TV. A kitchenette is provided which includes a small refrigerator, microwave, a coffee/tea station and, a comfortable eating space for two.

Access is through the garden at the rear of the house using your own code provided by Airbnb. There are seven steep stairs (see check-in section for pictures)

The garden and patio are available year-round. Although, the garden is generally most enjoyable from mid-May to mid-October. Keep in mind, it has snowed on Mother's Day.

Note: The Snug is located in our 103 year old home. There are seven rather steep stairs at the entrance. Also, there are a few low spots that taller guest may have to slightly duck their heads. The shower is approximatly 6' tall. A shower bench is provided for our taller guests. The shower head is also moveable/adjustible for your comfort.

Just to confirm. Stone Porch Cottage's guest suite is entirely private, and no space is shared either with the host or other guests.

Our guest suite Includes:
-Private spacious bedroom with a queen-sized bed.
-Private large bathroom with shower
-Private sitting area with sofa (not a foldout), TV, eating area and Kitchenette

Stone porch cottage's guest suite does not provide a full kitchen although, a kitchenette is provided which includes a small refrigerator, microwave, a coffee/tea station and, a comfortable eating space for two.

Washer and Dryer are not available.

Noteables:
-Shower is 6' from floor to ceiling.
-Seven steep stairs to enter
-A couple of low areas taller people may have to slightly duck their head.
-Play structure is not available

Although we are animal lovers, we do not allow pets of any kind.

Regarding children, we love children but we are not set up for them and cannot accomadate them. We will consider a non walking infant on a case-by-case basis. If interested, please feel free to contact us.
