This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.

A 5-bedroom private home with a pool and complete amenities. Perfect for staycations, overnights, day or night trips, and intimate events.

For groups more than 14 pax, you may request for additional foldable beds with an additional charge per head. Max of 6 extra beds.

The space
Welcome to Sparrow House, Marikina City! Here's a quick view of our home.

BEDROOMS:
This is a 5 bedroom home equipped with AC in each room.
Bedroom 4&5 are located on the 2nd floor.

ENTERTAINMENT ROOM:
A smart TV, KTV, and board games are provided for guests.

BATHROOM:
4 bath and shower and 1 powder room.
Basic toiletries will be provided (shampoo, soap, and towel)

WIFI:
You may enjoy free use of WIFI during the whole duration of your stay.

KITCHEN:
Complete with plates, utensils, glass, mugs, and cooking equipment (pot, pans, spatula, knives)
Microwave, bread toaster, rice cooker, kettle, ref, and a 2 burner stove.
Bring your own condiments.
For guests more than 14, you may bring extra plates/bowls.
Water filter for drinking is provided. You may opt to refill the pitchers and store them in the ref.

RULES:
Kindly take the noise to a minimum by 10:00 PM as per barangay ordinance and roving barangay.

POOL:
Pool level is 3-5 feet deep.

CAPACITY:
Our home comfortably sleeps 14 guests on our standard beds. For guests beyond 14, we have additional 6 foldable beds upon request with a charge of P500 per head.

Any additional guests beyond 20 pax are charged P300 per head and will take care of their own bedding and towels.

Max capacity for overnight is 30 guests.
Max capacity for parties is 60 guests.

PETS:
Maximum of 2 SMALL dogs/cats only with an additional fee of P500 per pet.
