Quiet, serene gated waterfront condominium just outside the hustle and bustle of Hot Springs. This newly renovated 850 sq condo is right off the main channel, on beautiful Lake Hamilton. Our condo features gorgeous lake/ river views right off your private balcony as well as a new boardwalk and a spot to take your pups potty.
The space
This two bedroom, one bathroom space is entirely updated with new furniture, paint and rustic lake theme decor. There are granite countertops, hardwood floors, a fully stocked kitchen and stainless steel appliances. The main living space features large windows facing the lake.
The highlight of the condo is the beautiful view from your private balcony. Enjoy the patio furniture on the deck while you watch the geese swim across the lake or watch the sunset in the evenings and the fog immerse the water.
Guest access
This property is gated and you will have a code to access the grounds. Your door is also equipped with a keyless lock so you will not have keys to keep up with. In addition to the condo you will have access to the boardwalk by the lake that stretches across the property.
You can swim or fish right off the boardwalk.
We provide WiFi.
Other things to note
This condo is located on the second floor. You will have to climb steps to gain entrance. One dog is allowed but must be noted in the booking.
The second bedroom is also upstairs inside the condo. Please use caution with pets and children.
There is one security camera located on the front porch by the front door.
This is a small condo with a smaller than average water heater. Guests should plan accordingly when taking back to back showers as the hot water may run out.
There is one allotted parking spot per condo. Any additional parking is a few feet away by the grass.
No boat/trailers allowed inside the gates.
We provide the first set of amenities such as paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags ect, if your staying longer than 2 days, please contact us for refills.
**Fishing License** If you plan to fish please check the Arkansas Game and Fish website for regulations.
