An open, first-floor gathering space is perfect for socializing with your favorite people while cooking, eating or relaxing. Three sets of french doors allow for easy access to the lovely patio complete with ample seating and a BBQ grill. Enjoy a spectacular sunrise from the 2nd floor walkout deck after a comfortable night's rest.

The space
Looking for an amazing property to host a gathering? The cottage is seated on 11 acres of gorgeous land in the middle of the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York and would make an amazing location for your next small event. The possibilities for this space are nearly endless: outdoor weddings with breathtaking views, reunions, celebrations for any monumental life events, or just a relaxing vacation. Meander through the 2 acre vineyard for amazing photos at sunset!

Private drive keeps traffic to a minimum. Less than 10 miles from the famous Finger Lakes Wine Trails and Watkins Glen International.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property.

Kayaks and boat rentals available.

Other things to note
There will be a $1,500 penalty charge for unauthorized parties and number of guests exceeding the authorized amount.

Pets are welcome! There will be $200 cleaning fee for a stay with your pet.
Although we do welcome pets to come stay with our guests, they are not allowed on the beds or furnitures.

Please note that this residential neighborhood has a 10 mph posted speed limit for the protection of many vacationing families with small children who must walk or bike to the shoreline from their inland properties.

Amenities are included, to ease the start of your stay, but the guests are responsible once it runs out. (Toilet paper, soap, etc).

Quiet Hours commence at 10PM.
