2. Base rate is good for 2 guests. Additional guests are charged P400 per person (Adult) and P200 (Kids), with a maximum of 4 guests.

- No smoking and no pets allowed inside the unit.
- Cooking is allowed but please refrain from cooking dried fish or strong-smelling dishes.
- Drying clothes on the balcony is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in penalties issued by the building management, which guests will be responsible to settle.
- Late check-ins without an approved guest form will incur a P100/hour service fee, as this requires additional effort from our caretakers.
- Guests will be liable for any damage, loss, or breakage caused during their stay. All incidents must be reported immediately.
