The South Park BNB is a wonderful two-bedroom, one bath house for either an overnight stay or a long-term renter. It is located very close to South Park, the interstate, and about 8 blocks from downtown. It is in a pretty centralized location within the Billings area.

This is a perfect place for the road warrior that just needs to jump off the interstate and sleep for a few hours, and have their child sleep. Quiet, comfy queen bed, dark bedroom window shades, await you!

The space
The South Park house is fully furnished and complete with a full kitchen, living room area, two bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and one with a twin size bed - one bath, and a small desk workspace. TV with local channels and Roku as well as internet access/Wifi are available.

The surrounding area is well-lit and the park is great during daytime hours. There is easy access on and off the interstate as well as to downtown and other parts of town.

Please no smoking or pets! There is a $350 fee if you violate these rules.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house - no sharing of space necessary. There is private entry/exit. Keyless entry to house, code will be provided by host through text.

Laundry amenities are located next door in a common area (details provided at time of reservation or check-in). On-street parking available right outside the front door!

Other things to note
Please read and adhere to all instructions for check-in and check-out, provided on paper in the rental and by text from host. Vacuum cleaner and some cleaning supplies are provided to keep the place clean during your stay and upon checkout.

Washer and dryer cost one dollar per load. Access to laundry amenities between 8 am and 8 pm. Let us know and we can get you access.

Please - no pets and no smoking of any substances in or on the property.

Gatherings or celebrations of any kind require pre-approval of the host. Additional approved guests that spend the night will be subject to additional overnight fees.

Quiet hours are 10pm-6 am. Please do not leave children unsupervised.

Host reserves the right after approval to ask for valid current drivers license of the guest checking in. Profile must have a recognizable face picture.

We do not rent to local people wanting a staycation. Go get a hotel.

Neighborhood highlights

This micro neighborhood is great! Neighbors are nice, sometimes talk your ear off, and we all keep an eye on each others places.

The other side of the park isn’t the best. Being totally honest with my guests - just be careful after dark. The street out front is very well lit. People do tend to walk around some.

Pizza Hut and a convenience store is a few blocks away. Uber eats and door dash can get you anything you may want.
