Welcome to our charming 37m² duplex apartment, ideal for an authentic Parisian stay! This welcoming accommodation, designed for 4 people, is perfect for couples, business travelers, small families or solo travelers looking for comfort and tranquility.

The accommodation offers a warm ambience and is well-equipped, located on the first floor with souplex bedrooms. The living room is cosy, furnished with a flat-screen TV, a dining table for 4, and a comfortable sofa for your moments of relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your meals: hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, and a Nespresso coffee machine to get your day off to a good start.

The two bedrooms, located in a souplex, are designed to offer you a pleasant resting space. The first bedroom has a double bed and storage space, while the second is equipped with two single beds and a desk, and is separated from the staircase threshold by a curtain for added privacy.
