Welcome to this bright and airy two story getaway in a fantastic location surrounded by water at the Sotogrande Marina.

The space
Welcome to your bright and spacious two-story retreat, perfectly perched to offer stunning marina views from sunrise to sunset.

This stylish home occupies the 3rd and 4th floors of the building. You’ll arrive via an elevator from the secure parking garage to the 2nd floor, followed by a short flight of stairs to your front door.

Main Floor (3rd Floor)
Step inside to a welcoming entry hall featuring a bench for easy shoe storage and pegs for hanging beach bags or towels. Just off the hallway, you’ll find a convenient half bathroom and a cozy guest bedroom with a private en-suite. This room is furnished with two single beds that can be combined into a double (as pictured), ideal for couples or friends traveling together.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is designed for both relaxation and entertaining. Two large sliding glass doors flood the space with natural light and lead to a spacious balcony overlooking the marina and surrounding hills. Enjoy al fresco dining at the outdoor table or unwind with a drink in the shade, thanks to two retractable awnings and ample outdoor seating.

Behind the kitchen, a hidden utility room houses a washing machine, utility sink, and a brand-new 250L water heater—perfect for longer stays.

Upper Floor (4th Floor)
Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms. Two of these feature twin beds and share a full bathroom, which is also directly accessible from one of the rooms—ideal for families or kids. Each bedroom includes built-in closets with drawer space to help you settle in.

The spacious master suite is a standout, offering a king-size bed, generous closet space, and a private en-suite bathroom with double sinks. Wake up to serene marina views from both the bedroom and bathroom.

The whole property is available to you as well as two private parking spaces in the garage.

Other things to note
While the house does have a fireplace, it is currently decorative and we ask guests not to build a fire in it.

In the meantime, we are offering it on AirBnB so others can enjoy the wonderful area.
