Welcome to Sonoran Serenity, a tranquil escape near Sabino Canyon. Our spacious, beautifully designed home is perfect for families seeking a relaxing retreat. Unwind by our heated pool, soak under the stars in the hot tub, and enjoy outdoor dining with stunning mountain views. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, our home is less than thirty minutes from three national parks and the University of Arizona, and just a short drive from the renowned Canyon Ranch resort.

The space
Our home is designed with relaxation as its focus. Featuring calming desert tones and a large and inviting outdoor space with stunning mountain views, Sonoran Serenity is the perfect setting for a rejuvenating getaway.

The split floor plan is ideal for families or groups traveling together. The expansive primary suite includes a luxurious bathroom with dual showers and a king-sized bed. Two additional bedrooms—one with a queen-sized bed and another with twin beds—provide comfortable and flexible sleeping arrangements. The shared bathroom boasts a beautiful sunken tub and dual vanities.

In the sunken living room, a spacious sectional offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather and enjoy the 65" Samsung TV.
**Please note, due to our sunken living room, our house is unfortunately not accessible.**

The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining, whether for dining al fresco or savoring a glass of wine together while watching the sunset over the mountains. We have several outdoor areas that are perfect for gathering with your loved ones, from our patio near the pool to our fully enclosed sunroom.

Our pool is perfect for a refreshing break after a long day of hiking. If you're visiting during our cooler months, we can heat the pool for you for an additional charge of $50/day, with a $150 minimum. Spa heating is free.

Our guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the following:
*Locked closet in master bedroom
*Locked hallway closet
*No garage access

Other things to note
Pool Safety Notice: The pool does not have a safety fence, but we have equipped our home with locks on each of the doors that access the backyard for added safety. All guests should exercise caution and never leave children under 18 unsupervised.

Pool Heating Notice: The Arizona sun does a wonderful job of naturally keeping the pool at a comfortable yet refreshing temperature. However, the pool does have a heating option for an extra fee of $50 per day. The pool needs at least 24 hours to reach peak temperature, please let us know in advance if you would like to exercise the pool heating option.
