Newly constructed A-Frame. Beautiful creekside setting in Springs area of Sonoma Valley close to wineries & restaurants. Cook in the gourmet kitchen or the outdoor bbq. Play bocce, ping pong or sit around the fire pit. Take a dip in the modern container pool w/giant window. Several outdoor seating areas & hammocks. Property has automatic gates & shared w/historic log cabin. Log cabin & entire property is available to rent also. Access can be arranged for the golf enthusiasts at Sonoma Golf Club!

The space
Newly built modern A-frame with designer finishes. 3rd bedroom is an open loft accessed by ladder. Play bocce, ping pong or sit around the fire pit enjoying a glass of wine. Take a dip in the modern container pool with giant window. Outdoor bbq with several outdoor seating areas. Outdoor amenities shared with the other house on property.

Access is via smart lock with pad.

Automatic front gate with remote control.

Walking distance to several popular restaurants, grocery stores and parks. Easy access to Sonoma Valley Bike Trail.

Other things to note
Third bedroom in A-frame is an open sleeping loft accessed by a ladder. Not suitable for small children.

Property features 2 separate houses (other is a cabin). Both houses can be rented together, if desired.

Swimming pool is shared with other house on property.

Pool does not normally require heating in the summer months. Additional charge for using pool heater.

Pool safety features; electric cover and lockable gate.

This property has shared spaces with the Cabin, such as pool, bocce, fire pit, BBQ and ping pong/dinning table.

Property has a seasonal creek running through it and is not fenced along creek.
