Large pool with hydro-massage, seawater, and 12 hours of sunshine for relaxation and sunbathing. Pula, a historic city with its Roman Colosseum, shopping centers, and stunning beaches, is just 6-10 minutes away. No crowds or noise here. Free parking in front of the house, with easy access to the city and beaches. On-site tavern with kitchen, bathroom, and gym available.

The space
Large apartment with 2 duplexes and 1 single room, accommodating 1 to 5 guests, is equipped with everything you might need: free high-speed WiFi or wired internet available throughout the apartment, laundry machine, clothes drying rack, dishes, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, oven, freezer, refrigerator, toaster, complete cutlery set, and cooking utensils. If there's anything missing, we'll provide it :) Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, and basic amenities are included, as well as a welcome drink and some refreshments in the fridge :) In the large fully fenced yard, you can pick fresh celery, parsley, oregano, rosemary, arugula, wild garlic, and other herbs. In addition to several sets of outdoor tables, pergolas, lounges, and sun loungers, there is a tavern with a fireplace and a large table for a sufficient number of people. There is also an outdoor solar shower with hot and cold water, a swing, and plenty of space, a huge pool with seawater, and plenty of space for sunbathing, playing, enjoying, and relaxing. Experience homemade organic and seasonal specialties such as local cheeses, prosciutto, seafood delicacies, the best homemade olive oil, wine, brandy, sweet liqueurs, preserves, honey, fruits, and more. Pula is a city full of interesting history, and in various directions, you can find the most beautiful natural or urban beaches with crystal-clear water at an ideal temperature. The large public forest is seasonally abundant with mushrooms, asparagus, and other forest produce. Our place is known for having some of the best cheeses in the world, as well as other dairy products. I want you to feel at home, and I look forward to your arrival.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire 120sqm apartment, including a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms with comfortable beds. The apartment also features a cozy indoor fireplace in the tavern, an outdoor grill, and free parking. Outside, guests can enjoy the sun-soaked back yard, which includes a large saltwater pool, hydromassage, gym, gazebo, canopy, solar-powered outdoor shower, and other activities.

Other things to note
Pets are welcome on request and with an additional fee of €10 per night per pet (up to 2 dogs). Payment for the pet fee will be made during check-in. I am also happy to provide a personal taxi for up to 4 persons and luggage on request.
