The space
Welcome to our peaceful neighborhood! We're thrilled to share the recent updates we've made to our home, specifically our covered patio area that now features an outdoor kitchen. This addition includes a grill, sink, and a convenient cooler for your use. We want to ensure your comfort, so we've installed a fan to help beat the summer heat. You can also enjoy your favorite tunes by connecting your phone via Bluetooth soundbar. We have also added a TV. We keep it covered when not in use but please feel free to uncover a watch. Remote is kept in a pocket on the cover.
In addition, we've set up a new propane firepit, perfect for cozy gatherings and creating cherished memories with friends. Feel free to gather around and enjoy the warmth and ambiance it provides.
We recently added new family room furniture. To keep everything in good condition, we kindly request that no food, drinks, or pets are allowed on any of the furniture. We want to ensure that each guest can enjoy the furniture without any concerns. Please note that any damage to the furniture during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest to cover. If the pull out bed is broken during your stay, you will incur a $300 Charge for the repair.
New WiFi Porter has been added for easy tap WiFi Connection. Please note if this device comes up missing during your stay, we will charge a $100 fee.
Each bedroom now has a sound machine for your use. 25 different sounds to help with a relaxing night sleep!

You are allowed to have people over during the day (No Parties, No Loud Music) but no more than 8 can stay overnight. Failure to comply unless you have notified us and we have approved will result in immediate expulsion from the property with no refunds. Must be 21 to rent.
Dog Friendly with a $75 Pet fee. You MUSt notify us about bringing your pet. Dogs must be kenneled at night or run freely in the yard. Dog gates in the Home. No pets on the furniture or in the Bedrooms. $100 extra cleaning fee will be charged if you are not compliant with our request. Failure to notify us of pets and we determine they are there could result in immediate expulsion from our home with no refund and you will not be allowed to rent again.
We have a 2 small dog maximum in our Home. Rules regarding dogs MUST be followed at all times while on property. Not following those rules could result in immediate expulsion from the property with No Refunds.
Please clean up after your pets. Poo Bags and Scoop provided.
Keyless entry home. We will provide you a code unique to you before arrival. Key provided in case locks fail. $75 Rekey fee if this key is lost.
Please do not park in the front yard as that is part of our septic system and is costly to repair. Parking only on the driveway or the corner lot next door where the BBQ Pit is located.
Absolutely NO SMOKING in our Home. Smoking is ONLY allowed on the coveted area with the fire pit . No smoking on any of the porches surrounding our Home. Non Compliance will result in a $150 fee.
The Property does have Outdoor Security Camera's. Camera's are recording 24/7. The camera's are for the sole purpose of Security. If these camera's are tampered with during your stay, you will incur a $300 reconnect fee and you will not be permitted to rent our home again.
We have an eat at bar with 4 bar stools. Our home is not large enough for an indoor table. However if you need seating indoors, we have a small table and four chairs in the Red Room closet. Outdoor dining can accomodate most of your dining needs.
‐PLEASE DO NOT pour grease down the drains. This will damage our Septic Tank environment.
‐DO NOT flush anything down the toilet except for Toilet Paper. No baby wipes, face wash wipes, feminine hygiene products. If a Plumber is called during your stay or if something is found wrong with the Plumbing after your checkout, YOU will be responsible for all repair fees.
‐There is to be NO BLEACH or Antibacterial Soap items used in the House. Those chemicals are not suitable to the Health of our Septic System. I do not keep any of these items in the Home.
-Trash is to be put IN the outside Trashcans on the side of the House by the driveway upon leaving. IF the Trash is NOT put in the Trashcan and secured and left On or By the Trashcans for the Critters to spread, you will incur a $100 cleaning fee of the Property.
‐No burning of Candles in the Home.

We are also not liable for any injuries/accidents that you may have while you are a guest at our home.
In addition, we have a long driveway as well as a side lot to accommodate your boat(s) should you bring more than one. We are boat owners as well and have an area dedicated to cleaning your boat/jet ski after your day on the water. We also have an outside electric plug for you to charge the battery of your boat overnight.
We are very proud of our home and have put a lot of hard work into getting where we envisioned it. We hope that you will book with us and experience a little of our "Happy Place"
Due to Air Mattress items disappearing from the home, Pack and Play and Air Mattress’s will now only be provided upon request.
We will inspect the home for missing items upon your departure. Anything found missing will be claimed through Airbnb.
We provide an extremely nice space for your Vacation. Please respect our home as if it is yours!
Guest access
If you have friends/family with an RV, we have the ability to provide them hook-ups for an additional charge of $100. We have the ability to accommodate a 26' RV.
