The space
1. This is a residential condominium unit, not a hotel.
2. Base rate is good for 2 guests only. Bedroom 2 is locked, additional P1,000 to avail access for additional pax up to 4 guests total.

Bedroom 2: Bunk bed
5. Equipped with dinnerware and basic cooking tools. (Minimal Cooking is Allowed- No cooking of smelly food)
6. With custom dining table convertible to working space
7. 36" Smart TV up to 100 mbps internet speed. (Netflix account upon request) TV remote digital download only.

Guest access
Pool:
1. Fee: ₱150/day per person (Regular days), ₱300/day per person (Holidays)
2. Purchase stubs at the Admin Office:
Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Holiday & Sunday: Closed
3. Two Pools are closed during Monday & Tuesday for cleaning. (2 out of 4 pools)
4. Pool Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (subject to change without prior notice)
We are not able to purchase pool stubs in advance as our staff allot their time to clean other rooms.
5. Parking:
There’s no commercial parking available in the space, but we can recommend unit owners who offer daily rentals. Please reach out to us first for assistance. Parking is strictly reserved and non-refundable.
Other things to note
📌 Fees & House Rules (Please Read Carefully)
- No smoking and no pets allowed inside the unit.
- Only registered guests are allowed to check-in. No visitors allowed to give respect to other residential unit owners.
-Cooking is allowed but please refrain from cooking dried fish or strong-smelling dishes.
- We encourage our guests to bring their food and water, as stores are a bit far from our place
- Cleaning Service: Our place is well maintained by standard cleaning from our cleaners. Request for additional cleaning during stay may apply a fee of P800.
- Same-day bookings or late check-ins without an approved guest form will incur a ₱500 service fee, as this requires additional effort from our caretakers.
- Drying clothes by the window is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in penalties issued by the building management, which guests will be responsible to settle.
- We conduct monthly pest control and regular maintenance to ensure cleanliness and comfort. However, due to the building structure and environmental factors, occasional pests may still appear. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 🤗
- In line with the condo admin’s policy, adoption and implementation of a Bag Inspection Policy for individuals entering and exiting the premises shall take effect starting October 27, 2025.
