Wake up to the sunrise and go to bed with the sunset like you're in heaven, at Solstice Retreats! Then, spend your day in NW Montana, exploring endless mountains, lakes, rivers, and outdoor experiences. This home is large enough for the whole family, private, and central to all the Flathead Valley has to offer. It overlooks Flathead Lake, 40 min. to the west entrance of Glacier National Park, 10 min. to Kalispell and Bigfork, and 30 min. to Whitefish Mountain and Blacktail Ski Resorts.

The space
Solstice Retreats is a wonderful, private property on 2 acres with great lake and mountain views, 1 mile from Somers, 4 from Lakeside, 10 from Bigfork, 8 from Kalispell, 25 from Whitefish, and 40 miles from Glacier National Park. There are 2 ski resorts in the valley, a kiosk 1/2 mile down the road to rent jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks and more, and multiple state parks for access to lake nearby. Fishing charters leave the lakeshore less than 1/2 mile from the house whenever lake isn't frozen. Ice skating and ice fishing are popular, when it is.

There are outdoor activities year around just outside your doorstep including river rafting, horseback riding, dog sledding, hiking, biking, ATV rentals, downhill and cross country skiing, snow shoeing, hunting, fishing, boating, swimming, kayaking, sailing and more. The Flathead Valley is your outdoor oasis, and what better way start and end your day than hanging out on the patio with amazing views?

Our home is also large enough to spread out. With almost 4,000 feet, there's privacy not only from neighbors, but from each other. The kitchen will feel like home, and with a full family space downstairs and separate area upstairs, both with televisions, there's plenty of space for kids and adults to enjoy themselves together or apart.

If you are looking to rent this property for a wedding or reunion or other party, please share details and enquire prior to booking. Over 20 guests may require a bathroom facility rental as the property is on a septic, but can be done! A few wonderful events have been held here in the past! The cleaning fee will increase to $1,500, the balance is which will be billed at the time of booking. This fee is non-negotiable and includes extra cleaning of exterior spaces, increases use of the kitchen, additional refuse disposal, and other extra cleaning, whether needed or not. It has been needed severall times for events, along with increased housekeeper time. Thank you for understanding! The landscaping is in great condition, but if additional services are requested, you can also hire the landscaping crew to take care of any extra weeds in garden areas or mow extra on a specific day.
