Serene Murrell’s Inlet/Garden City beachfront 2 bed/2 bath 8th floor condo. Full remodel completed in 2024. Beachfront, indoor & outdoor pools and hot tubs, popular restaurant/bar on-site. Enjoy the beautiful ocean view and sounds from the balcony, with seating for 6. Under a mile to Garden City Pier and just 1.7 miles to Surfside Beach Pier. Small convenience store nextdoor. Convenient to many attractions & restaurants!

The space
Entire condo renovated, including furniture and appliances in 2024.

Main bedroom contains a queen size bed, dresser, nightstand, smart TV, and closet. It has a full ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. NOTE: tub was a jacuzzi tub that has been unhooked per new building guidelines. Locked owner's closet is also located in the corner of this room.

2nd bedroom contains two twin beds, nightstand, smart TV, and a closet.

Living room contains a queen sleeper sofa, two club chairs, ottoman, tv stand and 55" smart TV, and 4 bar stools at the kitchen peninsula.

Kitchen has a counter-height table with seating for 4, in addition to the 4 bar stools at the peninsula mentioned above. All new appliances - 2024.

There is a full hall bathroom with shower.

Balcony contains two tall polywood chairs, joined by a table in between as well as 4 matching polywood stools.
