The space
SolēMarē is a well-appointed oceanfront studio designed for comfort and ease. Step onto your private balcony and take in the ocean breeze, an ideal place to witness nature in its splendor. Inside, you’ll find a beautifully arranged studio with a queen bed, well-equipped kitchenette, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and the rare convenience of in-unit laundry. A 10 kilowatt-hour power backup system ensures uninterrupted comfort throughout your stay.
Located on the second floor of a secure residential building with 24/7 security, SolēMarē offers covered parking, elevator access, and a peaceful setting next to the El Conquistador Resort in Fajardo. Guests also enjoy access to the pool area, perfect for relaxing after days of exploration.
Whether you spend your days discovering nearby beaches, savoring local restaurants, exploring the tropical rain-forest "El Yunque" , embracing island-hopping adventures, or experiencing the magic of Bio-bay "Laguna Grande", SolēMarē is your romantic haven on Puerto Rico’s enchanting east coast.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire SolēMarē studio, including the private balcony with ocean views, the convenience of in-unit laundry, and the assurance of a 10 kW power backup system that keeps essential comforts running during power interruptions.
You will also enjoy access to the community pool, a peaceful spot to unwind after exploring the east coast.
The property offers covered parking on a first-come, first-served basis, along with elevator access to the second floor. Entry is seamless through a smartlock, allowing for smooth, contactless self-check-in.
Other things to note
Elevator Key:
Only one elevator key is provided for the duration of your stay. Please keep it safe, as it is a special key issued by the Administration. If lost, it may take time to replace and will result in a replacement charge.
Parking Pass:
A parking pass will be provided at check-in. It must be visibly displayed on the vehicle’s rearview mirror at all times and returned upon departure. Failure to return the pass may result in a replacement fee.
Transportation:
A rental car is highly recommended for this area. Unlike San Juan, where Ubers are usually available within minutes, rideshare services here are limited and not always reliable. Wait times can be long, and it may be difficult to move between locations without your own vehicle. For a smoother and more enjoyable stay, we strongly suggest arranging a rental car in advance.
