🆔 Valid ID:
Please send a 1 valid ID per guest to help us process your visitor’s pass. This is required by building management for your security and smooth access.

🕒 Check-in/Check-out Time:
Check-in: Anytime after 2:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 NN

🔑 Check-in process:
You’ll find the key at the mailbox. I’ll send you the mailbox number a few hours before you arrive.

🚗 Outside Parking Rates
Get a parking ticket at the booth outside the entrance of Tower 2 or approach any parking attendant for assistance.

- Motorcycles - ₱45 per entry
- Car - ₱60 for first 2 hours (₱20/hr for succeeding hours)

- No unauthorized guests please 🙅‍♂️
- No smoking/vaping inside the room. A penalty fee will be charged if this rule is broken, as per property policy 🚭
