The house rules
- There is an ice and cold water purifier, so you don't need to prepare bottled water separately.
- To maintain a pleasant indoor environment, cooking oily foods such as fish and meat is prohibited indoors.
(Snow crab, fish, and meat are not allowed indoors)
-If you grill meat, please use an outdoor designated place such as a barbecue.
- Cooking meat indoors may cause odor and oil damage, which may result in additional cleaning charges.
- Protecting plants in the garden: Don't break or step on them, just enjoy with your eyes
- It is far from restaurants, supermarkets.
Please come to the grocery store in advance, or pack it, and only simple cooking is allowed in the kitchen.
- Due to the nature of the countryside, there may be bugs, and as a result, refunds and cleaning requests are not possible.
- Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to enter alone (if caught, move out without refund)
- Prior inquiry is required when exceeding outsiders.
- Claims for reimbursement in case of loss or damage to property items (do not take out property items)
-In case of contamination of bedding, a laundry fee will be charged/in case of severe contamination, a new product price will be charged (vomit, urine, blood, etc.)
- No toilet paper or foreign objects in the toilet
- Be careful of safety accidents when staying with children (especially the stairs on the second floor)
We do not take any civil/criminal liability for safety accidents.
- We are not responsible for lost valuables, so be careful with your belongings.
- Check the lights and electricity shut off when you leave or check out
- Garbage and recycling must be arranged in one place/basic tidying up before leaving

- If you cancel a reservation due to a natural disaster, you can't get a full refund, and it will be subject to the refund policy.
