No heavy alcoholic drinking allowed. The consumption of excessive alcoholic beverages is not permitted. Additionally, drinking in shared areas are prohibited

DECORATIONS:
You may set up decorations for your occasions but please avoid using adhesives or tape on the walls to prevent damage to the paint.

COOKING:
You're welcome to cook light meals only, heat food, and prepare hot beverages during your stay but we prohibit cooking and storing strong aromatic foods like durian, dried fish like tuyo, daing, bagoong, and fried fish. We appreciate your understanding.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
We ONLY allow early check-in if there are no prior guests and if the cleaner is done cleaning the unit. (15-20mins earlier than check-in time)

VISITORS:
For security reasons, only registered guests are permitted during the stay. NO VISITORS allowed.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
Guests are responsible for costs related to any damaged/lost items and linen stains. Charges for repairs or replacements will apply.
