3. Dispose of all trash, including leftover food & cooking oil.
4. Use the range hood when cooking to prevent smoke.
5. No jumping on the bed, It might break
6. Swimming pool use: weekends for homeowners only.
7. Max of 3 people in the unit (including visitors).
8. No smoking/vaping (₱5,000 fee), no pets.
9. Keep noise low — fines may apply for disturbances.
