The space
Our space has a large deck with a beautiful ocean view, a very nice space to relax and have breakfast outdoors.
A heated Jacuzzi (ideal for colder days as well) with capacity for up to 5 people, with hydromassage and chromotherapy, outdoors, surrounded by native forest, overlooking the sea and private.
THE HOUSE HAS ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
Full kitchen
Living room with 32-inch Smart TV
Bathroom with blindex shower
Barbecue area with all utensils.
UPSTAIRS:
Two bedrooms - both with balcony with beautiful ocean views and air conditioning.
Living room with 1 comfortable double sofa bed.
THE ENTIRE SPACE OF THIS HOUSE IS FOR EXCLUSIVE USE, NOT SHARED.
Guest access
Access to the house is via the staircase right in front of the house (with wide steps) or the side ramp with total privacy.
The car can be parked in front of the house, in the covered garage or in reverse on the side ramp, with a view from the top of the house. The street is a dead end, with only local residents.
Next to the house there is a supermarket, bakery and bar/restaurant, with quick access on foot, just follow the left side.
At 1 km you will also find more options of supermarkets, bakeries, produce, 24-hour pharmacy, restaurants, bars, fishmonger, among others.
Bring repellent, because as it is an area in the middle of nature, it has mosquitoes.
To access Prainha Maria Rosa, just follow a few meters on the right side of the street, a quiet walk that can extend along the right shore of the beach.
To access Praia de Fora, just follow the street on the left side, approx. 400 m.
