Kitchen with microwave, fridge, electric kettle and dinnerware
Shower heater, and bidet
- Parking is available upon request and subject to availability, with an additional fee.
Since my parking slot can also be rented separately, it may not always be available during your stay. If not available, guests may use the pay parking in front of Alfamart.
- Pool access is available for guests with an additional fee.
Other things to note
Gentle Reminders:
- Kindly expect to sign a digital authorization form for unit access and submit a valid ID via email for verification of the admin office.
(Building security will hold one valid ID per person from check-in until check-out for access registration. No ID, no entry.)
- No pets allowed.
- Food with strong or foul odor is not allowed.
- Please be mindful of noise from 10:00 PM onwards to avoid disturbing other unit owners/tenants.
- Kindly dispose of your trash before check-out. (Garbage room: turn left once you exit the unit, located at the end near the stairs.)
