The house is located in an area that we Ystadsbor usually call the "Backa area" as we are located high in Ystad.
WiFi, TV, Apple TV, sofas, barbecue, outdoor furniture, coffee maker, sauna, relaxation area, ping pong table, storage facilities, playground and swing set outdoors, trampoline 3.5 m wide, large garden, access to the whole house except a couple of storage rooms = 200 sqm. The space
The house: Welcome in and step into the large hall. To the right, you will find a fresh toilet with Moroccan tiles. When the shoes and jackets are off, you are welcomed by our open floor plan that is the heart of the house. Kitchen, living room, dining room and TV room are combined in one large room. Next to this room, you will find the playroom that adapts to children 0-7 years. In the living room, you will find large windows and two large French doors that blur the boundary between inside and outside.
Out on the wooden deck, which is 70 sqm, you will find lovely sofas, a large table for the whole family and a large and lovely barbecue. Out on the lawn, you will find a play area and a 3.5-meter wide trampoline. All summer memories are created out here.
When it's time to sleep, you'll find a hall in the other part of the house that takes you to the bedrooms. At the bottom, you will find the master bedroom with attached toilet and bathtub. In the middle of the house, you will find a double room with a sofa bed and two single beds. In the third room, you will find a double bed.
Rainy day? No problem - we'll go down to the basement. First and foremost, you will find a relaxation area with comfortable rattan armchairs and a side table. Here you can relax after you have bathed in the newly renovated sauna where we have brought home alder that has grown in Finland. After you relax for a while, you can go into our TV/movie room where we have set up a bar, a great surround system and a large TV to give the best movie experience. Do you have active teenagers? No problem, in another room in the basement there is a full-size ping-pong table, hockey games and some exercise equipment to be able to keep going even indoors! Two doors in the basement are locked due to storage.
Important information: All bed linen is included. Also, 1 large and 1 small towel are included per person during the stay. Shampoo and soap are also included.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds + sofa bed incl. mattress for 2 people
Bedroom 3: 1 king bed
Other sleeping places: 2 sleeping places on the sofa, two sleeping places in double bed air mattress + 2 single beds. A crib and a travel bed are also available for infants. A 10 cm foam mattress is also provided. We will provide a customized number of beds for your needs, but if you have a specific request, please contact us before arrival so we can move around to you.
We are flexible, so if you have any requests, please ask us and we can certainly solve most of them.
The area: Ystad is a small town that has all the cozy. This accommodation borders a park area, which makes it exceptional for a family with children or someone who just wants to relax and have a good time. Walking distance to the city center, marina, beach, etc. Bicycle opportunities to the leisure bar to test their special pastry are preferable e.g.
We were born and raised in Ystad and are happy to help with tips about something local.
