The neighboring beach community is the perfect escape; surrounded by waves, tropical plants, and Costa Rican wildlife.
The space
With 2 master suites, a relaxing 33 foot ocean view deck, and 2 onsite pools at the development, you will have everything you need to unwind and enjoy the paradise of Costa Rica.
Each bedroom has it's own King bed, TV w/ basic cable, spacious closet, A/C unit, and private bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity sinks.
You'll love the open-concept kitchen and living/dining room - all with spectacular views of the ocean through French doors to the patio deck. It makes it easy to stay connected with the view and your family or friends while cooking something delicious. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a high-power professional blender for making delicious tropical smoothies or cocktails.
Other kitchen appliances include a rice cooker, air fryer, hot plate, dual-size coffee maker (single serve or full pot), toaster, microwave, and a traditional oven/stove combo. Newly added - a fresh set of pots and pans, insulated travel cups, beach coolers, water toys, and beach chairs so that you have everything you need to enjoy the perfect beach vacation.
In the living room, you'll find a comfortable couch with a pullout bed, matching chairs, bar stools to enjoy a snack at the counter, and a nice dining table to enjoy meals.
The unit also has a private laundry room, a third A/C unit to cool the living room, complimentary high-speed wifi, and basic cable throughout. The living room has an Amazon Fire TV so you can log into your favorite streaming apps.
Our condo is one of 20 units in the Sanctuary Condominiums at Playa Azul, but you won't find another with a better view! There is an onsite property manager who can assist you if there are any issues you run into with the property and our rental manager is available to assist with helping you plan and book any excursions like boat trips or wildlife tours. We also have several close friends in the area should you need anything more. It is so important to have people onsite to help you out should you need anything, and we have you covered there!
Guest access
Our guests are welcome to enjoy all of the spaces, appliances, and amenities of the condo and the condo development.
There is a small locked owner's closet in the condo, but everything else is available to guests. Guests are welcome to use anything available in the condo.
Other things to note
The condo is located in a safe and quiet community. If you want a night out on the town there are two popular tourist destinations about an hour's drive away. They're not quite as relaxing but they have some additional restaurants and souvenir shopping options.
Our rental manager can assist you in any way with wildlife tours, snorkeling, massages, waterfall and Hot Spring adventures, boat trips and more so you truly have a memory-making vacation here in beautiful Costa Rica.
