The space
Skyline Yurt combines the privacy of a mountain cabin with a bright, modern interior and wide Blue Ridge views.
WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP
The yurt is most comfortable for four guests but can accommodate up to eight.

• Loft sleeping area with a king sleeper sofa and privacy screen
• Sleeper sofa in the main living room
• One full bathroom and one half bathroom
INSIDE
The main living room rises beneath a glass dome and looks out toward the surrounding mountains. A wood-burning stove creates a cozy gathering space during cooler months.
The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, cookware, snacks and fresh farm eggs.
Entertainment includes a pool table, 75-inch TV, PS5 with four controllers, Sonos speakers, streaming services, board games and books. Starlink WiFi and a dedicated workspace are also provided.
OUTSIDE
The elevated deck is designed around the view. It includes a private seven-person hot tub, seating, string lights, a propane grill and the propane fire table shown in the photos.
Open wood-burning fires are prohibited. The propane fire table is available for guest use.
Guests can also enjoy archery, cornhole and the picnic area. The property includes parking for up to five vehicles and a Level 2 EV charger.
LOCATION
Skyline Yurt is approximately 20 minutes from the entrance to Skyline Drive and Shenandoah National Park. Front Royal, hiking, wineries, breweries and the Shenandoah River are nearby.
There is no cleaning fee.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the full yurt, deck, hot tub and designated outdoor areas.
The surrounding forest includes privately owned land. Please remain within the driveway, cleared areas and marked property boundaries.

FIRE SAFETY
Open wood-burning fires are prohibited. The propane fire table shown in the photos is available for guest use. No other outdoor fires are permitted.
OCCUPANCY AND VISITORS
The county permit limits the property to eight people at all times. Parties, events, gatherings and unregistered visitors are not permitted.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Please keep music, hot tub use and outdoor conversation at a respectful level, especially after dark.
ROAD CONDITIONS
The final section of the road is gravel. Four-wheel drive and winter-ready tires are strongly recommended during snow or ice.
PETS
Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $50 pet fee.

The property is child friendly but is not childproof. A crib, high chair and changing table are available.

Fishing, boating, swimming, and hiking are popular pastimes among residents.
