Have fun with the whole family in this light-filled modern home on the edge of downtown Beulah and steps away from the beach, the library, Five Shores Brewery and Betsie Valley bike trail. To us, this is Michigan's most beautiful area with activities all year round. 15 minutes away from Crystal Mountain, Lake Michigan and St. Ambrose Cellars to name a few. Watersports, fishing, wine country, hiking, skiing, galleries, dining, drive-in movies and craft brew are all nearby.

The space
We built this home for relaxing in a beautiful open space. Enjoy cooking in the large well-appointed kitchen with just about any appliance and tool you can think of. Sip your morning brew from a beautiful Skyhouse mug made just for this place. Enjoy grilling, birdwatching or watching the sailboats on the large upper deck. In the summer, the shaded lower deck is perfect for watching the Blue Herons fishing on the pond. The large bedrooms offer memory foam mattresses and 650 thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets. You'll love little features like built-in USB outlets by the nightstands and the touch lamps in the lower bedroom. Our bunk-bed room has a playful décor with a reading nook and roomy full-over-full beds. The unique layout of the home is made to maximize the views with the kitchen and living room on the upper floor. The lower floor has a large sectional sofa and a huge smart TV. This floor also has a large table perfect for dining, crafts or games for the whole family. The mudroom counter has many uses. With a mini fridge, coffee maker, and a large sink, it can be used as a bar, a kitchenette, and a convenient place to get ready for all your adventures. Put the final touches on your novel with our high-speed internet and a desk ready to go with plugs, paper and more! The large windows and 17' ceilings make rainy days a pleasure, cuddle up on the couch with a good book or watch a storm roll in like it's the main attraction. Speaking of main attractions, the soaking tub, heated floors, and curbless shower are some of our favorite features.

The entire house is yours during your stay with parking for three cars in the back and a city parking lot that can accommodate overflow.

Other things to note
This is a brand-new home lovingly designed and built in 2022. As a family with young kids, teens and aging parents we wanted to create a space for guests of all ages and their specific needs. Our kitchen is filled with everything a chef would want. Our bookshelf is filled with local guides, books for all ages, games and puzzles. Our Bathrooms are luxurious and accessible for all ages. The entryway has details we thought important like a minifridge for grabbing water bottles on the way out, an extra coffee maker and a large sink for washing up. There is a high-efficiency washer and dryer and a space for folding laundry or staging your gear for your daily adventure. We have filled the space with artwork personally created or by favorite local artists.
