These spaces have character! This hip old loft has seen the light of day for over 125 years. When it was new, Southtown was the crown jewel of Springfield and these apartments housed the movers and shakers. Today it is enjoying a rebirth thanks to 37 years of revitalization projects, culminating in comfort and convenience for todays adventurer!

The space
There are 3 spaces for you to choose from under this same roof. The one you are looking at, "Express", has one very comfy Queen bed, and it is the most affordable. "Expand", is a two bedroom, and "Project Southtown, a work in Progress" has 6 beds, a Hot Tub and a Pool Table!
All three spaces have access to the Skatepark, Batting Cage, and Golf Simulator on the first floor! The high ceilings create an atmosphere that let you know you are a part of this history!
Express is unique in that it has terrific air flow through the space in fair weather. The bathroom is newly remodeled, and the kitchen is big with a microwave and a 5 burner gas stove with oven. The Queen bedroom and living room have new carpet, and the rest of the place has new laminate flooring. It's ready and waiting for you! All spaces are completely private, with only a shared exit. Guests are welcome to use our gardens, dog walks and BBQ grills. There is also a firepit, picnic table and a black razzberry patch out back!
This is an inner-city location in a sturdy old building with 25 stairs. In general we are as clean as a bean, just check the reviews, but we are not a brand new secluded get-a-way!
