2. Non-Smoking Policy:
This is a strictly non-smoking unit. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the balcony. Violating this rule will result in a penalty fee.
3. Occupancy:
The unit is suitable for 2 to 3 persons. Please do not exceed this limit.
Names of the guests are required to be submitted 3 days prior to the booking. Only the names on the guest list are allowed inside the premises.
4. Amenities:
Use of Pool & Clubhouse
- Guests have access to the pool. Please adhere to the rules and operating hours set by the management.
Washing Machine
- A washing machine is available for use inside the unit. Please follow the instructions provided to avoid damage.
Kitchen Appliances
- The unit is equipped with a microwave and induction cooker for your convenience. Please handle them with care.
5. General Conduct:
Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during late evening and early morning hours.
6. Cleanliness:
Kindly keep the unit tidy during your stay. Please take out the trash regularly (if you're staying more than 2 days) or upon check and leave the unit in good condition upon check-out.
Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately to ensure they are addressed promptly.
7. Pets
We all love our pets. Unfortunately, they are not allowed inside the unit. A fine of PHP 30, 000.00 is imposed by the condominium's admin if guests are caught bringing pets inside the unit.
8. Internet
Wifi is available inside the unit and free of use. Username and password would be shown upon check-in.
Speed: 200Mbps with range extender in the bedroom for better connection in all the rooms
9. Shoes and outside slippers:
Please keep your shoes and outside slippers by the rack, right beside the door.
10. Shower heater:
A shower heater is available. The temperature is already pre-set.

The unit has been newly renovated; please treat it with care and respect.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use all appliances and kitchenware inside the unit. Pool & Gym can be used subject to the fee set by the admin for guests that are more than 4.. No parking space alloted for the unit. First come first serve basis parking is available within the premises.
Other things to note
*** NO ALLOTED PARKING FOR THE UNIT,ONLY OPEN PARKING (SLOTS NOT GUARANTEED) LOCATED FROM THE GATE OF THE PROPERTY. ***
You may ask the security for the cost of parking fee. Please settle all the parking fees before check out.
*** The unit is at Bali Oasis Phase 2, Unit 312 Jayapura Building (beside Hotel Sogo) ***
*** Pool is open from 6am-9pm only ***
*** The water connection is on a prepaid basis. Although the load is expected to be sufficient throughout the length of your stay, you can always contact us if problems (shortage) occurs.
