Want to relax and have fun in a place full of nature, comfort, luxury and leisure? This is the perfect place for you and your family. A 31,000 m² site, with an exuberant mansion (690 m²), located in Lajeado RS. Outdoor area with kiosk, barbecue area, swimming pool, small square, water holes, fire pit and dam. All this in a farm environment, with sheep, geese and ponies. Located about 8 km from the mall, 35 km from Cristo Protetor and 80 km from Vale dos Vinhedos. Come and enjoy the best of life.

The space
Country house with a classic style, reminiscent of luxurious antique furniture. It contains 7 large, fully furnished and air-conditioned rooms, 4 large rooms, two with fireplaces and one with a pool table, 2 complete kitchens, one with a dishwasher and 5 complete bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi. In addition, it has 3 large balconies very well decorated with tables, sofas, armchairs, hammocks and a rocking chair, and 2 very comfortable, cozy balconies and a telescope to see the moon. In the outdoor area, there is a wonderful lawn and exuberant nature with several different corners to enjoy the birdsong and the charm of the flowers.
