The space
Chalé Viena is located in Sítio Ákasa, a 21,000 m² property at an altitude of 1,100 meters, surrounded by native forest and with a panoramic view of the mountains.

On the main level, the guest finds flowering and fruit trees, the Pedra Grande and the Praça da Fonte — spaces designed for contemplation and photographs.

At the highest points of the property are the Cocoon, an old hut used during construction, and the Lookout, with an even broader view of the landscape. The surrounding area allows for walking and exploration for those familiar with natural trails.

In front of the chalet, there is a space with a stone wheel for bonfires and, to the right, a themed environment of the Moon, with stones, Greek columns and flower pots — especially beautiful at sunrise and sunset.

The chalet has a unique style, built in stone, wood and glass. The kitchen integrates rusticity and modernity, always overlooking the mountains. Mezzanine with queen bed and air conditioning, living room with comfortable sofa bed, eco-friendly stone fireplace and Smart TV.

Guest access
From the asphalt to the property there are approximately 3 km of dirt road.

When you reach the gate of Sítio Ákasa, enter and follow the road, making a left turn and going straight to the end. It is possible to park the car in front of the cottage.

The guest will have access to the entire property: entrance area with round stone, circular stone plaza, gazebo and forest areas.

Other things to note
The Ákasa is a haven for rest, contemplation and silence. Therefore, it is not suitable for parties, loud music or groups.

The property is set amidst nature, with dirt paths and slopes. It is an ideal environment for those who appreciate nature in its simplest state. We recommend arriving in daylight.
