This area is easy to get around.
Welcome to Sister George, a 1910 cottage in the centre of the village. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants, Lake Daylesford and Wombat Hill. Not bringing a car? No problems, V-line stops nearby, and you can explore on foot.

Sister George was a studio gallery for 10 years, but the last few years have been spent renovating to a new purpose. we hope you will love it.

The space
Private and lush front garden with blueberries, plums and apple trees. Veranda with seating, two charming bedrooms with queen sized beds, living room with electric piano, games and guitar. Excellent central heating. Small station for coffee and tea, bar fridge. Adorable bathroom with shower, brass bath and resident giraffe. A light Swedish style breakfast is included.

Guest access
Only you have access to the space. No shared areas. Breakfast is served next door.

Other things to note
Please note that there are no cooking facilities but we do offer breakfast. The nearest cafe is Larder, 80 steps away. There are very many food choices within a 5 minute walk.

I live on-site with two large poodles, but they don't come to the accommodation. If you love dogs, you'll love this pair.

Free street parking. No smoking, no parties. Two night minimum.

You are welcome to visit my art studio if you like.

Unsuitable for young children. Best for school age and up.
