Our home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and fun, now with even more options to make your stay exceptional. Please know, our ultimate goal is to provide you with an excellent experience during your well deserved vacation. Please take the time to read over our house rules carefully.

You are in the Temecula Valley surrounded by several acres of beautiful hills and vineyards. As so, there are wildlife abound. Don’t be surprised to see the desert wildlife while vacationing in the area. Our wildlife includes Coyotes, hawks, mice, mosquitos, bees, chipmunks, spiders, coyotes, snakes, scorpions, gophers and owls. Please be aware of your surroundings and do not approach the wildlife.
Occupancy limits and quiet hours (10p-8a) are strictly enforced. There is a noise monitor and cameras on property operating at all times. Fines are extensive for the guest if code enforcement is involved, so please be aware of your noise levels.
-Currently our occupancy is limited to up to 10 overnight guests.
-We do not allow pets on property unless arrangements made prior and fees collected.
-Our check-out time is 10 AM. Our cleaning crew generally needs the entire 6 hours to clean and sanitize the property properly and adhere to COVID-prevention cleaning protocols. Hence, our check-in time is 4 PM. If possible we will allow early check in or late check out but it must be discussed in advance and we will require an additional fee of $50 for one or $100 for both.
General information:
Wine Country properties run on propane tanks. If you are not familiar with propane - it needs to be refilled frequently because if it runs out, it's cold showers for everyone.
Pool/spa:
- Please give us advance notice (if possible) if you plan on heating the spa during your visit. The pool can not be heated.
- The cost to heat the spa is not built into the nightly rate because not everyone requests it. The additional charge to heat the spa is: $75 for 1 night stay plus $50 per additional day. You will need at least 40 minutes, as it takes time to heat via the remote. The jacuzzi must be turned off when not in use. If we find there is wasted use of propane there will be an additional charge of $200 due. The pool can not be heated.
-No glass poolside. Plastic cups are provided for your drinks.
-Due to the quiet hours requirement, no pool, fire pit or spa use after 10 PM.
-All children must be supervised at all times.
-Please no diving . We want you to be safe & enjoy your vacation without an injury!
-Pool towels are provided. Please DO NOT use them (or bath towels) to clean up wine spills or there will be a charge to replace them. Please use paper towels.
Fire Pit
The fire pit is a gas fire pit that runs on a propane tank. Please be sure to close the valve when not in use. If the tank runs out during your stay, we do have a back up tank on property. Located back by the grill.
Disclosures
-Outside cameras are on the property and on 24/7 (driveways & yard areas), including a front door camera, lounge area, and back door for your safety and security. Please note: the pool/hot tub is within the coverage area of the backyard device. There is also an Airbnb authorized noise aware detection device onsite to alert us if there is excessive noise. It only alerts us if there is excessive screaming or possible loud noises due to parties, loud music, etc. (which is not allowed)
-Occasionally there will be landscaping crew present to clean and maintain the property on Wednesday afternoons. On Tuesday the pool is being serviced and cleaned, which is usually in the early mornings so you may enjoy it during the day. Our maintenance crew will never enter the home.
-A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in. If you have questions regarding this, please only inquire and not instant book.
-Wine country properties are on a septic tank. Please, do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Each of our bathrooms have conveniently located trash bins. Please use them for feminine products and anything other than toilet paper.
