Entire house with front porch and Adirondack chairs on 1.5-acre lot. Master Bedroom with queen bed, closet, and Linens. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a closet, and linens. Shower, sink, toilet, towels, washer, and dryer (please no muddy ATV clothes or shoes/boots). Kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots and pans, blender, and dishes. Dining area with piano, propane fireplace, leather furniture, high-speed internet, smart TV, books, games, and Nintendo. Charcoal grill and fire pit. Outdoor table and chairs.

This is a new vacation rental which has been furnished with new beds, leather sofa and chairs, appliances, tv, washer and dryer (Please no muddy ATV clothes, shoes/boots). This is not a party house due to its small size only accommodating 4 guests. We ask you treat it like your own and enjoy all the amenities Singing Pines has to offer.
