A new addition to my properties, flat 401 is designed with the business traveller in mind to create a useful space for the busy mind. Located in the same old building in Engomi (built in the 70's), close to the embassies and walking distance from both universities, as well as a lovely array of international restaurants, is the best location in this side of the city. Supermarket and 24h kiosk also at walking distance, boarder to the North is 5 min drive.

The walled city of Nicosia is 30 minutes walk from the building.
