This AirBnB was newly renovated and has a modern look. It is near the center of the city in a quiet street. You have access to the public transport via tram, just around the corner. The train station is a few minute walk away.
You can find restaurant and malls nearby. If you arrive by car, there are parking spots in the whole area. A charging station for electric cars is aournd the corner.

Other things to note
The city of Jena levy accomodation taxes that are private related. It is 1,50 € per adult and night. They have to be paid to the host, who is then paying these taxes to the city.
