Moreover, you'll find convenience in our condo's close proximity, approximately 25 minutes from the Liberia airport.
The space
Nestled within a lush, tropical paradise, this exquisite condo exudes tasteful décor and boasts a pristine pool and garden, all sprawled across 5 acres of fully fenced and gated for you utmost privacy and security.
Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen beds, and the master bedroom comes complete with a spacious closet and a luxurious full ensuite bathroom. You'll find towels, bedding, and a supply of toilet paper thoughtfully provided for your convenience.
Both bathrooms offer the luxury of hot water, boasting modern vanities and invigorating new shower heads.
In the well-appointed kitchen, you'll discover a delightful 6-person dining set, fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, dish soap, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen also features stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, blender, and a handy rice cooker.
The living room boasts brand new furniture, featuring a comfortable sofa bed for additional guests. Local art graces the walls, and the furniture, lovingly crafted by local artisans, adds a touch of authentic charm to the living space.
In addition to the wonderful amenities mentioned above, we offer the added convenience of in-unit washer and dryer facilities. You can freshen up your clothes whenever needed and we provide laundry detergent to make your stay even more hassle-free. So, feel free to enjoy your time to the fullest, knowing that we've taken care of all the little details to ensure your utmost comfort during your stay at our tropical paradise.
Guest access
You have full access to the entire condo and all the wonderful amenities your hosts have thoughtfully provided. Enjoy the convenience of free parking and stay entertained with a smart TV for your viewing pleasure. For your utmost convenience, please remember to bring your own Firestick to enhance your entertainment experience on the smart TV provided. With high-speed internet available, you can easily set up your Firestick to access your preferred streaming services and enjoy a personalized selection of shows and movies throughout your stay.
Additionally, you can take advantage of beach towels, the refreshing pool, an outdoor shower, and all the other listed amenities to make your stay truly delightful.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets into the Serena Suites complex or our condo unit.
Other things to note
Charging electric vehicles and/or golf carts is not permitted on site. Please use public charging stations. Please use the public charging station in Coco, located in front of Megasuper (across from Auto Mercado).
Serena Suites does not allow any renters to bring pets into the complex.
