The 200 sqm house is located in a small, quiet village with 20 inhabitants. Built in 1946 and modernized in 2019, it retains its traditional atmosphere. The house has central heating, and at the same time retains a rural character, giving you the opportunity to warm up with traditional tiled and clay stoves. The spacious kitchen, decorated in a rustic style with a classic "English" style, is also equipped with all modern appliances. A spacious veranda overlooking the orchard will provide complete relaxation.

The space
The covered porch on the north side provides soothing shade on hot days, and the 100-meter terrace on the south side allows for sunbathing.
Fenced yard with an orchard of 2000 m² and adjacent area with a place to play volleyball or badminton. Behind the fence there is a birch grove, a stream and a "hermitage" for writers looking for inspiration. A total of half a hectare of space just for you.
You can use the fire pit, balls and badminton rackets.
