• Two Balconies
Front: Perfect for BBQs, smoking, and enjoying the sparkling Manila skyline at night.
Back: Stunning Sierra Madre views with a magical sea of clouds at sunrise straight from the bedroom

• 2 Spacious Bedrooms
Room1 has a full double size bed that can fit 2 pax. room2 has a bunk bed that can fit 3 guests and a sofa bed at the living room that can fit 1 guest comfortably — ideal for families or barkada trips. Both rooms have access to the balcony facing the mountains. Both rooms have separate a/c but we only keep the bedroom 2 ac adaptor available for bookings with more than 2 guests.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen
From utensils to air-fryer and basic condiments, we have it just like you have it at home.

• Aesthetic & cozy condo inspired design
Feels like you’re in a condo unit but nestled on top of the hill with overlooking of sierra madre mountain and prettey skies from sunrise to sundown. Every corner is ig-worthy.

• Perfect for All Occasions
Whether it’s birthdays, anniversaries, or simply just unwinding in nature, this is the place to be! If you’re planning on surprising your loved ones, we’d love to be a part of making your stay memorable by setting up decors. Just let us know and we’ll keep it a secret!

• Work and chill
Answer emails, calls or meetings with a mountain view. Good WiFi with a speed of 60-100mbps. Great view. Better work-life balance.

• Accessibility
Yes, we are accessible! The last 300 meters leading to the unit is a dirt road that includes a steep downhill section. The road is passable by both motorcycles and cars, especially during the dry season. It can be muddy and slippery during wet season but we will provide transport service and parking for guests for FREE, so you’ll have a peace of mind. We are also commute friendly! Just pin “tara na lets eat” (Sapinit rd)

Getting here may require a little extra effort, but you’ll be rewarded with peaceful surroundings, fresh mountain air, and beautiful nature views.

Our place may NOT be the best fit if you prefer fully paved roads, urban convenience, or easy access right up to the doorstep. This stay is designed for guests who appreciate a more off-grid, nature-filled escape and don’t mind a short off-road adventure to get there.
