Feel free to join the cottage, where instead of the TV, your attention is attracted by panoramic windows overlooking the forest from a comfortable bed. You'll be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat on the patio, waking up a bird trele in the morning, and breathtaking sky.

We built our cottages on the edge of the more than 430-year-old village of Aunt Nowa, where the Sopot River (hence the name of the cottage). A private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. A neighborhood perfect for hiking and biking.

The space
The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. There is a large double bed on the mezzanine. In the living room on the ground floor, a sofa bed. Plus comfortable armchairs and a bookshelf.

The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, etc.), and on the terrace a gas grill at your exclusive disposal. The nearest grocery store is about 1400m. Every morning (except Sundays and holidays) there are also 3 mobile shops (the first after 8am). You'll get almost everything here - bread and yeast, dairy, cold meats, and drinks-and in some you can even pay with a card. And if that's not enough, you'll find 2 large grocery stores and two in Józefów (12 min. by car) in nearby Silesia (8 min. by car).

Don't like to cook? It's not a problem - there are some good quality restaurants in the area, including great Neapolitan pizza. We can also prepare breakfast and dinner baskets filled with products from local producers, which are delicious pastries, breads, cheese, butter, and seasonal vegetables and fruits.

We've put together a detailed guide to the neighborhood for our guests.

We've also set up a comfortable workspace with a desk and monitor to connect your laptop to. The internet flows to us with a wide stream of fibre optics, and cell phone coverage is pretty good, which is not standard on Roztocze. So if you want a few days of “working,” also called “workation,” we invite you. ;)

The heat on cold days and a respite from the heat is provided by air conditioning with heating function. In addition, the kitchen, living room, and bathroom have underfloor heating. For the sake of the planet we live on, we ask that you separate the waste. Detailed instructions can be found on site.

Guest access
The plot is almost 3,000 m2, of which about 2,000 is in our charming forest. The entire area is fenced and monitored. Cameras record the building's surroundings, including parking and a bike rack (they don't include the interior of the cottage).

A cottage, a patio, and a lounge area next to the cottage and bike racks are for your exclusive disposition. The rest of the property (parking, fire pit, forest) is shared with any guests of the second cottage.

Other things to note
You're welcome with kids, but rather a little older - just a reminder, parents and guardians are responsible for their safety. Ants make sure there are no ticks in the area, but there are poisonous mushrooms and fruits that should not be pushed in your mouth. The cottage has a staircase and a mezzanine, which the youngest can only use under the watchful eye of adults.

We don't have a playground and other typically children's experiences, which may be a cause for some small guests to “Mom, I'm bored!” but it gives a great respite from children's shouts.

You can watch what ants do, feed a squirrel, look for a hedgehog and lizard in the forest, count woodpeckers, spikes and cradles, pet the neighbors' cat, and listen to the owl hoot in the evening.

Please leave your dog and kitten in the care of - we don't accept pets. We love them very much, but don't want allergens left behind (next guests may be allergic).

We value peace, proximity to the forest and wild animals, and good relationships with neighbors and guests renting other cottages, so please keep quiet. We do not rent the cottage for bachelor/bachelorette parties and loud and disruptive parties.

We entrust you with our home for your stay, where we have put a lot of heart and effort into, so we ask that you leave it in a state not deteriorated.

Travelers for travelers... we run a daily travel blog, Kasai - travel addicts. We drive a lot around different corners of the world, and we've had countless hotels, hostels, and private accommodations. We experienced the best, but also the worst service - we put our thoughts into practice by offering our own renovated place in the center of Krakow. We had our first experience with AirBnB in Canada and were delighted with the idea. Since then, we are delighted to enjoy such overnight stays in the Czech Republic, the Azores, Paris, Italy, the Canary Islands, and even the far Sri Lanka. Now we're delighted to host people from different parts of the world. We're trying to create a place to come back to. Book and check in person. :)
