Help us save energy by turning off lights, air conditioning, and other appliances when leaving the unit.
🐕🦺 NO PETS allowed.
🚭 NO SMOKING/VAPING: Strictly no smoking inside the unit. A ₱5,000 fine applies to violators.
🍳Cooking is allowed, but NO cooking of pungent or strongly odored food such as fish, dried fish, or the like, as that will linger throughout the room.
💦 STRICT-NO STAIN POLICY: Please be mindful that any new stains found on our Airbnb property upon your departure will result in a minimum charge of PHP 2,000 for cleaning or replacement.
🚫 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS: The total number of guests must strictly match your reservation. No overnight guests are allowed beyond the booked headcount.
⚠️DAMAGES / MISSING ITEMS / NON-COMPLIANCE: Guests will be responsible for any damages, breakages, or missing items in the unit. We'd love to share this little home we've made, but we wish to keep its integrity, so any damages, missing items, or non-compliance with our house rules will invoke a penalty and a minimum of ₱5000 fine.

• Reserved Parking Slot: Available for ₱300 per night. Please inform the host at least 2 days before arrival.

• Handwashing of small laundry is permitted.
• Please do not hang clothes or towels on the balcony railings. (Drying racks are provided).
