[HOUSE RULES]:
◉STRICTLY abide by your booked time. Any arrival earlier or departure later than your booked time will incur a penalty minimum of ₱2,000. Please respect both hosts and incoming guests. No grace periods. (If you'd like to check in early or check out late, inquire with us first.)
◉No Pets are Allowed.
◉No Smoking or Vaping.
◉No cooking of pungent or strongly odored food such as fish, dried fish, or the like, as that will linger throughout the room.
◉Strict No-Stain Policy: Please be mindful that any new stains found on our Airbnb property upon your departure will result in a minimum charge of PHP 2,000 for cleaning or replacement.
◉We'd love to share this little home we've made, but we wish to keep its integrity, so any damages or non-compliance with our house rules will invoke a penalty and fine minimum of ₱5000.
