The space
Our listing has a reduced cost compared to the others in the condo, but some services are not included and are optional as detailed below:
The provision of bed linens, blankets and towels is optional, and the laundry fee is charged separately at R$3.00 per item regardless of size, except for blankets, which cost R$6.00 per item. If you choose to pay for the supply, I suggest that women bring their own bath and face towels to avoid damage, especially from makeup. For any item damaged mainly by makeup, a new item will be charged.
Extra changes of bed and bath linens during the stay can be requested every 4 days. We are unable to accommodate changes with less notice due to the round-trip time for the industrial laundry. Requires to request 24 hours in advance.
We do not provide pool and beach towels.
We do not charge a cleaning fee, but the house must be delivered under the same conditions it received, clean and organized. If you do not want to have the work of cleaning and organizing, you will be charged R$300.00 to cover the extra costs of the cleaning lady.

Check in from 4 pm. If by chance the apartment is ready earlier we release the early access, but it is possible to use the leisure area and store the bags at the reception if it arrives sooner and is not yet ready.
Check-out at no later than 11:00 am. As we work with reservations every day it is not possible to extend the time because the apartment needs to be cleaned for the next guests, if necessary to leave later check the availability to add another 1 night (WE DO NOT WORK WITH HALF A DAY).
