The space
Check-in from 4:00 p.m. If the apartment happens to be ready earlier, we will allow early access, but you can use the leisure area and store your luggage at the front desk if you arrive earlier and it is not yet ready.

Check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. As we handle reservations every day, it is not possible to extend the time because the apartment needs to be cleaned for the next guests. If you need to leave later, check availability to add an additional night (WE DO NOT ACCEPT HALF-DAYS).

We do not charge a cleaning fee, but the house must be left in the same condition as it was received, clean and organized. If you do not want to have the work of cleaning and organizing, you will be charged R$300.00 to cover the costs of the cleaning lady.

We DO NOT charge for the supply of 1 set of bed linens, a blanket and 1 towel for each guest, but to provide them, it is necessary to leave a damage deposit of R$300.00. If you bring your own linens, the deposit is not required. At check-out, after verification, the deposit will be returned if there are no expenses to be deducted.
As of April 2026, Airbnb's Aircover insurance no longer covers damage to bed and bath linens caused by guests. Unfortunately, damage is frequent, mainly due to makeup on the towels, so a deposit is required.

Extra changes of bed and bath linens during the stay will incur the laundry cost, which is R$3.00 per item regardless of size. Must be requested 24 hours in advance.
