Welcome to Boat House, centrally located on Chincoteague Island! Come stay at CI's most recently renovated, beautifully appointed home.

The space
SHS Boat House is completely renovated in 2023!

Entering from the covered front porch you'll find a cozy living room with plenty of comfortable seating, a large 70 in TV (perfect for summer movie nights) and lots of games and books to stay entertained inside. Brand new flooring continues throughout the living room into the freshly renovated kitchen boasting all new whirlpool appliances, granite countertops and modern cabinets.

A laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer is also located on the ground floor along with a powder room off the kitchen.

Upstairs you'll find a huge south-facing master bedroom. A luxurious king size bed awaits you! There's also a super fun bunk room for the kids - complete with books and toys if there happen to be any rainy days on your vacation. Next door is a perfectly-sized third bedroom with a queen sized bed. A full size bathroom including full shower and bathtub is central at the top of the stairs.

This property also offers plenty of outdoor entertaining space. There are two porches (one in front and one off the kitchen) with adirondack chairs and tables. There is also a huge front lawn with a large picnic table- perfect for those nights you'd like to use the provided fire pit to roast hotdogs and marshmallows!
