A huge lobby and a swimming pool access for guest located at 2nd floor of the building
Our standard check-out time is 11:00AM. There is a 10-minute grace period for check-out. Beyond this grace period, late check-out fees apply at Php150 after 11:10AM and every hour after.
Late check-out is subject to unit availability, so we recommend notifying us the night before your departure if you plan to utilize this service.
📌Additional Cleaning Service
For long-stay guests who would like additional cleaning services (including changing of linens and towels, and general tidying of the room), please let us know in advance so we can check the availability of our housekeeper. Kindly note that there is a fee of Php 700 per additional cleaning service.
Guest access
Guests have round-the-clock access to the unit.
Please note that Shore3 has a strict policy prohibiting guests from hosting visitors. Therefore, we are unable to amend the list of registered names on the day of check-in or thereafter.
Pool Access: Shore3 charges ₱150 per person on weekdays and ₱300 on weekends & holidays for pool access.
To ensure availability, please inform us of the number of pool vouchers required (maximum 4 per day) by the day prior. Vouchers will be procured for you, and payment can be made via the Airbnb app, GCash or Bank Transfer.
The pool operates daily from 6 AM to 6 PM.
Please redeem prepaid vouchers for a pool wristband at the concierge desk by the pool, which will serve as your daily pass. Wristbands are non-transferable.
Unfortunately, access to the gym is not available to guests.
Other things to note
Paid parking is available in Shore3's commercial areas. The rates are as follows:
- ₱50 for the first 4 hours
- ₱50 for each additional hour
- An extra ₱300 for overnight parking (in addition to the hourly charges) if parked after 1:30 AM
For Daily parking rates, please inform us if you are interested ahead of your check in date. We charge ₱700/day. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of our daily parking slots. (First come, first serve policy)
