Requests and precautions for your stay
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we have established the following house rules. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
1. Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in time is from 4 pm and check-out time is before 11 am. Please strictly observe the times.
2. Smoking and fireworks
This facility is completely non-smoking, including indoors and on the property.
In addition, please do not use fireworks on the property.
If smoking is verified or if the smell of cigarettes remains, we may charge a special cleaning fee for odor removal and restoration to the original condition.
3. About bringing pets
Pets are strictly forbidden at the facility. In the unlikely event that we find out that you have brought a pet, we will charge an additional fee equal to three times the accommodation fee, in accordance with the terms.
4. Handling, damage and loss of equipment
Please refrain from taking home the equipment without permission. If it is confirmed that you have taken them out, we will charge you the actual cost.
If any equipment is damaged or lost, please be sure to report it immediately. We will charge the repair or purchase cost depending on the damage.
5. Swimming Pool Access
Please use the pool properly and help us maintain safety. If foreign objects are put in, or if there is damage or breakage to equipment or fixtures, we will charge the repair cost.
6. About special cleaning and additional fees
If special cleaning is required after you check out that cannot be handled by regular cleaning, you will be charged an additional fee.
Main cases that apply: vomit stains, smoking outside of designated areas, significant soiling of sofas, bedding, the pool, etc., soiling to the extent that the next guest cannot stay, damage to furniture or the building that requires repair.
7. Damages due to business suspension
If part or all of the facility is temporarily closed due to your intentional or negligent act, we will charge the full amount of the following fees.
All or part of the rental and booking fees for the period of closure.
Repair and maintenance costs necessary to resume operations, and damage costs associated with booking cancellations, etc.
8. About forgotten items
We are sorry, but we will dispose of any lost items after one week.
9. The accommodation is located in an area rich in nature, surrounded by the sea and mountains. Although we take measures to prevent insects, insects and animals may still enter the premises. We appreciate your understanding.
