Guest access
We're all about easy access. The Tiny is parked on our property where we live in our little cottage. We're located in the community of Wilmot.
Guests have their own entry directly from the main road. No steep gravel roads or hiking with your suitcase here.
Instead, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the large paved outdoor area directly around the Tiny house, as well as a designated parking area.
Other things to note
Shepherd and Sprout Tiny House is parked near our cottage where we live with our friendly Hungarian Vizslas puppies Bailey and Boston. They're super friendly and love hoomans.
The Tiny House is cordoned, screened and private from our home. We're right there if you need help or feel like a chat, or your stay can be as private as you like - it's completely up to you!
Two beds for travelling friends - one queen bed in the loft and another day bed / single bed by the picture window. If you'd like to use the single bed please give us a few days notice!
The Tiny has a compost toilet (no-water system).
We use tank water, but don't worry we've got your drinking water covered. We buy it in.
As the place is surrounded by working dairy farm, please expect bugs, flies and other insects. We have repellant in the Tiny.
Before you arrive:
Please make note of the key code as mobile signal can be patchy in the area.
We're generous on pantry essentials (tea, coffee, sugar, oil and condiments) but please bring food and drinks with you - the nearest grocery shopping is in Devonport (40 mins) and Ulverstone (30 mins). We recommend Hill St in Devonport for a fantastic platter and the best local Tassie produce.
Our listing is not suitable for infants or children due to the delicate nature or furnishings and the small space.
