A beautiful presented and comfortable family home situated on a large double block is located 200m from stunning Sellicks Beach on South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula.
This three-bedroom property accommodates up to 10 guests (4A and 6C). You will love the large and light-filled kitchen and living areas, and sunroom. The expansive garden and grassed areas and wrap around verandas make it a property like no other.

The space
'Shellwater' – a 1960's beach shack house with all the charm of an original coastal weekender on the exterior, with the fresh, modern styling of a boutique hotel inside. Perfect for a family getaway or friends wanting to be within a stones throw to EVERYTHING!
Sellicks Beach is one of South Australia's most stunning beaches. Take a short stroll down to the scenic boardwalk to watch the sunset, or discover the caves and rockpools at low tide. Alternatively, drive your car down the boat ramp for a day of fun on the sandy beach.
There are two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, wardrobes, ceilings fans and portable heaters. Your children will enjoy a large bunk room (2 single bunks, and 1 single/double bunk), including a TV/DVD player, Super Nintendo and children's books, games and DVDs to enjoy.
You will love the large and light-filled dining and living areas. Furnished with two large couches, an occasional chair, TV with Chromecast (WiFi for guests use), reverse-cycle air-conditioning and brand-new fireplace. The sunroom is the perfect addition, where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee, or a glass of wine from nearby McLaren Vale.
The large kitchen area is well-equipped for your stay - and has everything you need to prepare meals, including electric oven, large fridge, bar fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and small appliances. You will love the large pantry.
The home is surrounded by undercover verandas, including an undercover dining area with Ziggy BBQ, and new undercover deck looking out into the garden. There are ample areas to sit and relax.
In the cooler months you will enjoy the beautiful outside firepit under the stars.
This property has a large and fully fenced yard. Watch your children play on the grass area or playing hide-and-seek in the Secret Gardens.
This home is suitable for maximum 4 adults in the queen beds and 6 children in the bunk room. We also allow one dog per stay (dogs are not allowed inside, however well-behaved dogs will be allowed inside upon request with certain rules to be followed and a refundable bond of $250). BabyBjorn portacot, toddler bed rails and highchair also available.
Bed Linen and Bath Towels provided.

We want your stay to be as relaxing and fun as possible, however, to maintain a good standard for our guests we ask that the following conditions are complied with. We appreciate the most respect for our home, but the occasional abuse means that we have to state the following conditions.
We have neighbours in close proximity. It is important that all guests are respectful and considerate of their noise.
We know that dogs are also part of the family, and so we welcome 1 dog to stay at the premises (unless prior arrangement made). Dogs are to remain outside, however upon request (and subject to certain rules and a refundable bond of $250) we will allow well-behaved dogs inside. All dog poop must be cleaned up and all items required for your dog are the responsibility of the owner.
STRICTLY NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS, NO HENS (BACHERLORETTE), NO BUCKS (BACHELOR) PARTIES, NO SMOKING.

The playground and bike track is a 2 minute walk from Shellwater.
The McLaren Vale Wine Region is only a 15 minute drive - soak up some amazing wineries and restaurants. The Willunga Farmers market is a must (every Saturday morning).
You will also enjoy the Victory Hotel overlooking Sellicks Beach, Pearl restaurant @ Aldinga Beach, and Star of Greece @ Port Willunga.

My family and I love the beach, and all things associated with it - boating, swimming, and SUPing.
We love exploring the rocks pools and caves at Sellicks , and watching the sunset with a glass of champagne.
We have set up our holiday house with family in mind - especially areas for the kids to play so the adults can (hopefully!) put their feet up, relax and reconnect.
We hope you enjoy our house as much as we do.
