After a day outside, unwind with fast WiFi, a Pelaton, fun board games, and a fully stocked kitchen. Perfect for families, couples, or solo escapes—just bring groceries and settle in while we provide the rest. It's just a 5 minute drive to downtown so enjoy the convenience of being close, but feeling away from it all!

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and driveway. Garage is not included.
There is an easement for the water company to the water tanks up the driveway. You can use that path to get back to the trails.

Other things to note
-This is a 30 day minimum listing.

-Pets are negotiable on a case by case basis.

-The main door for entry is across from the garage. There is a door knob with a code.

-The air conditioning system is older so takes the edge off but does not freeze the house. It almost always cools down at night so we use “mountain air conditioning”- open the windows at night and close in the morning to keep the house cool.

I'm a city girl who gave up the frazzled, stressful grind for the tranquility of mountain life. I love to travel (and even did it for a living as a flight attendant on a private jet for 10 years) and am always up for the next adventure. Mount Shasta is home, though, and I love it here the most! I am an outdoor enthusiast and knowledgeable about everything Siskiyou County has to offer. Road biking, Mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing, skiing, etc. etc...ask me for info and you shall receive! As a mother of a youngster, I can also share all the hot child-friendly spots with you. And let's not forget about my number one passion: food! Mt. Shasta has its share of gems and obscure dining specials that only the locals know about, and I will let you in on the secrets. Looking to move to the area? I am also a Realtor! As an Airbnb host, I am happy to be whoever you want me to be. Hands off or hands on...it is up to you.
