Reservations that break house rules will be canceled and guests will be required to leave.

★Keurig onsite with starter pods provided; Drip coffee machine also available. Bring your own coffee for drip.
★All linens included (1 towel, 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel per guest)
★TWO sets of washers and dryers
★Pack & play with sheets and a high chair

8 Beach towels available but will need to be laundered along with pack and play sheets - these are not included in cleaning fee. 4 outdoor cameras for safety, two driveway facing and two back yard facing. Additional 2 cameras on the dock for safety as well as a doorbell camera. All cameras are in outdoor areas.

Plenty to explore nearby with a The Pontoon stage, several bars and waterfront restaurants. There is always live music, even during the winter months.

Large dock slip for tying up your boat. Dock lift and boat not available.

Other things to note
We do not allow animals since we use this as a second home and have strong allergies in the family.

***This home is in a residential neighborhood and there are several families in the immediate vicinity with small children. We ask that loud noises be kept to a minimum after 10PM outside to not disturb those families.***
