🛏️ Bedding & Linens
Extra bedding is NOT provided beyond the number of registered guests. (Only one complimentary infant bedding set can be provided upon request).
For a standard booking of 4 guests, two queen-sized beds with linens will be prepared.
Additional bedding requests will incur an extra charge.
Note: We provide freshly laundered sheets and sanitized/boiled towels for every new guest.
🚫 House Rules (Please Read Carefully)
🚭 Strictly Non-Smoking: All indoor spaces are strictly non-smoking. Violators will be charged a special cleaning fee equivalent to a 1-night stay and will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
🍳 Cooking Policy: Cooking is allowed, but seasonings/condiments are not provided. To maintain a pleasant environment, cooking smelly or smoky foods (such as grilled meat, seafood, fish stews, Malatang, etc.) is strictly prohibited. (Violations will result in a 1-night stay cleaning fee).
🛋️ Damage & Stains: Guests will be held financially responsible for any permanent stains/discoloration on bedding, or severe damage/loss of property and amenities. Please handle everything with care.
🐛 Insects & Pests: The property is professionally pest-controlled regularly. However, due to the natural surroundings, some insects may occasionally enter. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for this reason.
⚠️ Safety Liability: Guests are fully responsible for any accidents caused by personal negligence or lack of caution. Please be mindful of your safety.
👯♂️ No Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
🪠 Consecutive Stays: Please note that complimentary cleaning services are not provided during consecutive multi-night stays.
🚗 Parking: Ample parking space is available on-site.
🤦♂️ Guest Capacity & Visitor Policy
Capacity & Extra Fees: The standard capacity is 4 guests, and the maximum capacity is 6 guests. An extra charge of 30,000 KRW per person, per night applies for any guests exceeding the standard capacity.
Strict Occupancy Limit: To ensure a comfortable environment, check-in will be denied if the number of guests exceeds the maximum limit of 6.
No Outside Visitors: For safety and privacy, outside visitors who are not included in the official reservation are strictly prohibited from entering the property.
Minors: Minors (under the age of legal majority) are not allowed to stay without a legal guardian or parent accompanying them.

The first floor features a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, while the second floor offers two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a beautiful terrace where you can soak in the warm Jeju sun and fresh breeze, with a stunning view of Mt. Halla.

- Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check out by 11AM
- Please make sure to check the house location provided by Airbnb.
- Please inform us the exact number of person.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
- Sorry to inform you that no pets are allowed.
- For the stay over 2 nights, please clean the room by yourself.(vacuum cleaner is available)
- Kitchen utensils and washing machine are available. Please feel free to ask us how to use.
Unconsulted commercial photos and videos (including advertising, product photos, shopping malls, and SNS markets) and drone shots are not allowed. Please contact us in advance.
